Parents of middle school and senior high girls, mark your calendars because I'm putting on craft and movie nights for your girls in November (hurray!!). We'll be doing a fun craft and watching Cinderella (2015, rated PG) in the student center!
Dinner will be provided, but girls are encouraged to bring their favorite sweet treat to share! 🍪🧁🍫
Can't wait to see your girls there! ☺️🍁🍿🎬

With Beth Wilcox retiring, Caroline moving, Will taking a new position in South Carolina and Darren leaving for the mission field we are going to have a celebration to recognize our devoted NextGen staff as they move on.
We will join the Church Wide Prayer at 12 in praying for them. At 12:15 we will have lunch and a program recognizing our great team members.
Come celebrate these faithful servants of the Lord and our community.

MARK 9:2-29 Jesus, Moses, and Elijah
THE MAIN TAKEAWAY:
Jesus makes all the difference. Whatever the
situation or the scenario, we ought to develop a
habit of taking everything to Jesus.
QUESTIONS FOR PARENTS
1. Share how you distinguish your closest friends from friendly associates.
2. Describe a "mountaintop" (memorable) experience you have had with Jesus. What was it like to come down from the mountaintop and back to "normal" life?
3. Describe a situation where you had to take something to Jesus, and you were uncertain of how things would turn out? How have you witnessed Jesus do more in a difficult situation than you could have imagined?
